New Infinite Loop 38 (September 2008)

NIL-38 has been started on the 1st September, 2008.
New engines and versions can be included by author's request and my choice.
Just drop me a line (on the Winboard forum or by email).

New additions can be done on any stage of the loop (on
the fly).

Each loop takes one month, the number of total entries is limited to 6.
