New Infinite Loop 31 (Qualifiers)
=================================

New IL-31 has been started on the 29th January, 2008.
New engines and versions can be included by author's request and my choice.
Just drop me a line (on the Winboard forum or by email).

New additions can be done on any stage of the loop (on
the fly).

Each loop takes one month, the number of entries is limited to 4.

Rules of Qualifiers
-------------------

New engines are included now directly. The events for them at short time
control are used only for starting rating/place calculation.

New versions should take an upper place than the best previous version 
to be qualified. Each new version should play 80 games at least.
