New Infinite Loop 29

New IL-29 has been started on the 1st December, 2007.
New engines and versions can be included by author's request and my choice.
Just drop me a line (on the Winboard forum or by email).

New additions can be done on any stage of the loop (on
the fly).

Each loop takes one month, so the number of entries is limited in accordance with 
it (recently it's 4 entries per loop).
